The task of the Patients’ Attorney’s Office is to obtain information for, and give advice to any patients and their family members who have questions or complaints regarding Carinthian hospitals and doctor’s offices.
The Patients’ Attorney’s Office in Klagenfurt is open from Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm, and Fridays, from 8am to 1pm. Please call for an appointment in advance.
In addition:
Consultation hours every first Monday of the month from 3pm to 5pm in the District Administrative Offices (Bezirkshauptmannschaft) Villach, Health Office, Meister-Friedrich-Strasse 4, 9500 Villach
